The Christmas List

By Susan K. Leigh
Illustrated by Alan Flinn

Review by Martha Robinson

The Christmas List By Susan K. Leigh. Illustrated by Alan Flinn. Hardcover, 32 pages, $12.99. Published by Concordia Publishing House. Please support HomeschoolChristian.com by buying this book from our Christian Book Distributors link or our Amazon link.

In The Christmas List, a young girl cannot decide what she wants for Christmas. Everyone makes suggestions, but when her Sunday School teacher explains why Christ died for us, she realizes what she truly wants -- for all children to know Jesus.

Recommendation: The Christmas List portrays a faith-filled Christian home and a thoughtful child. It would make a particularly good book for evangelizing or for new Christian families.
